The room was clean, but the bathroom cleanliness was below standards.

Had a great time with friends, exploring the Pro Football Hall of Fame and Wild Water Kingdom. The location made it easy to access both, and the layout of our room was perfect. We enjoyed our stay overall, but just a heads up, the rooms could use better soundproofing.
The only downside we experienced was the confusing safe. we couldn't figure out how to set a code, which was a bit frustrating.

The team was welcoming and attentive, ensuring I felt at home. Although the breakfast selection could be improved, I had a pleasant experience overall.

Location definitely shines here-quiet yet conveniently close to local shopping and dining options. The pool area offers a refreshing escape after a long day, and the basic room amenities like the fridge and microwave come in handy during your stay.
The breakfast situation leaves a lot to be desired. It’s severely understocked, with minimal options like just apples and bananas on some mornings. The cleanliness of the rooms was questionable too. Thick dust and dirty bathrooms. The requirement for a cash deposit caught me off guard, especially when considering how tightly budgets can get during travel. Lastly, the lack of attentive housekeeping throughout the stay wasn't really acceptable, forcing me to ask for towels multiple times.

I recently stayed for a night and found the room tidy and beds comfy. The shower and fridge worked great, and the service was polite. However, the phone charger sockets need an upgrade. I’d definitely come back!

Just a prime choice for an overnight stop in Kent with great value for money. Didn't expect much, but the bed was comfortable enough for a decent night’s sleep. Be ready to bring your own toiletries as they don't provide extras.
